Strong schools make strong communities. They attract residents, they create identity, they forge friendships and knit our city together into a place where you truly belong. Many of us have come to Lakewood and stayed here because of the quality of our schools and outstanding education available to students of all kinds.
A thriving school district is an asset for our city and can help us attract and retain residents that make this community such a vibrant place to live. Our district is educating and training the next generation of entrepreneurs, civic leaders, and engaged citizens for this community and beyond. We must pass this levy to ensure that our schools remain independent, stable, and able to provide high-quality education for all Lakewood students, especially its most vulnerable ones.
